Simple sweet 'n sour

Add honey, lemon juice and tomato juice to new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil to taste.

Poppy seed sweet 'n sour

new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil with honey, lemon juice, a little dijon mustard and a sprinkling of poppy seeds. A great addition to any salad.

Flame thrower dip

Combine cayenne pepper, minced chilli peppers, diced red bell pepper and onion. Mix with new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil and blend well. Refrigerate for an hour to bring out the flavours. A fantastic dip with crisp raw vegetables.

Hemp oil vinaigrette

Combine new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil, vinegar and Italian herbs to taste.

Sun-dried tomato mayonnaise

1/2 to 1 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp of basil and oregano to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup vinegar
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil
Blend the tomatoes into a smooth paste. Add seasonings and vinegar, then gradually add the oil at a a steady pace. The potion can be thickened with more oil and vinegar (or just water), or thinned with a little tahini.

Hemp seed oil pesto

Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves of garlic
3 cups of fresh basil
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
40 ml new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Combine the lemon and garlic in a blender. Add basil, pine nuts and parmesan and pulse lightly. Drizzle with hemp seed oil, pulse once again. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss with a cooked pasta.

Hemp seed oil marinade

2 Tbs of new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1 bunch of fresh basil
1 cup of fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of chopped cucumber
Shrimps, prawns, crabs and crayfish tails
Toss all ingredients in together and mix. Shrimps, prawns and crayfish should be sauted in a little olive oil first and shells removed. Add the seafood to marinade.

Grilled vegetable salad

1 each of yellow, orange and red peppers
2 carrots
1/2 egg plant
1 each of yellow and green zuchini
6 shitaki mushrooms
3 portobello mushrooms
1/2 fennel bulb
10 fresh basil leaves
3 fresh thyme leaves
1 garlic shallot
Salt and pepper

Balsamic vinegar
Vegetable oil
Cut the peppers in half and add the salt, pepper and thyme. Add some vegetable oil then grill. Do the same with the other vegetables. Now cut into strips to display on a tray. Saute the garlic and sprinkle on top of the vegetables. Mix balsamic vinegar with new hemisphere™ hemp seed oil, then drizzle onto the tray of vegetables. Garnish with the basil.

Deep fried courgette flowers

Deep fry courgette flowers in a light batter. Arrange on baby spinach leaves and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh black pepper. Drizzle with new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil and serve.
