BRONZE MEDALIST - Royal New Zealand Gourmet Oil Competition

Oil Seed Extractions Ltd (OSE) are proud to announce that our newhemisphere™  Hemp Seed Oil won  Bronze Medal, in the 2008 Royal New Zealand Gourmet Oil Competition.

Overall "Best in Show" winner was Uncle Joes Walnut Oil, which is also produced by Oil Seed Extractions Ltd, Ashburton.  This walnut oil was also judged 'Best in Class', and these 2008 awards followed on from the success enjoyed in 2007 awards where Uncle Joes Walnut Oil was also judged 'Best in Class' and 'Best in Show'!

The 2008 competition received 49 entries, 31 Extra Virgin Olive Oils, 3 Walnut Oils, 11 Infused Olive Oils and 4 Other Oils.

The judges awarded a total of 3 Gold, 4 Silver and 26 Bronze medals, and were impressed with the overall quality of the oils in the competition.
