1. Where can I buy your products?

Please note OSE is a bulk oil supplier and minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply for all products, all retail enquiries for orders less than 1 litre should be directed to your local Health Store or Supermarket.

Typically we sell our bulk oils direct to manufacturers and brands in the Health/Supplement, Skincare and Nutritional sectors both in New Zealand and abroad.

2. What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

MOQs vary between products and can also vary subject to availability. Please click here to view a summary of MOQs across our Product Range.

3. Can I buy direct from you?

Yes.
MOQs apply, and a surcharge is applicable for small orders less than $200. For all orders less than $500, payment in advance is required prior to dispatch.

4. Can you ship overseas?

Yes.
OSE specialises in the bulk export of our products, and we currently export these products to over 60 destinations in 34 countries. For bulk exports we can provide both seafreight and airfreight options.

In addition we can arrange courier via TNT for small orders, or alternatively if you have a nominated freight forwarder we can also assist with this process.

5. Can I request samples?

Yes.
These can be made available to both our Export and Domestic customers. A sample charge will apply for samples for domestic customers, and for all samples to export customers freight will also be applicable. Customers can receive a rebate on the relevant sample charge if they place an order for that product within 90 days from the date of the sample invoice.

6. How do I pay?

We accept electronic payments and cheques. For export customers, Telegraphic Transfer is our preferred payment option. For all orders less than $500, payment in advance is required prior to dispatch.

7. What are your freight prices?

For export orders, we typically offer FOB terms. We can work with your preferred freight forwarder or arrange freight with one of our nominated freight forwarders. Hide Trade Terms | View Trade Terms

Ex Works:the supplier is responsible to have the goods available from their depot.

FIS:term for domestic sale where the supplier is responsible to have the goods delivered to the buyers store (Free in Store).

FOB: the supplier is responsible for all costs to get the goods safely loaded on the vessel or aircraft.

C&F: the supplier is responsible for all costs to get the goods to the final port of destination (also refered to as CNF and /or CFR).

CIF: as above however the supplier of the goods is also responsible for the insurance of the goods.

DDUdelivery to the buyers specified address in the foreign country, with duty the responsibility of the buyer (Delivered, Duty Unpaid).

DDPdelivery to the buyers specified address in the foreign country, with duty also the responsibility of the supplier (Delivery, Duty Paid).

8. What is the shelf life of your oils and how should the product be stored?

As per our Product Specifications, if stored in unopened containers at less than 20 Deg Celcius, all products can expect to have a shelf life of 12 months.
