Pumpkin Seed Oil
The unrefined oil has a rich flavour and a unique colour. It appears dark red in the bottle, but once poured the oil is dark green with a deep red tinge.
The oil contains 57% polyunsaturated, 27% monounsaturated and 16% saturated fat. This oil not only enhances the body's nutrition, but also the taste of many culinary dishes when used as a condiment with salad, vegetables and pasta.
