Culinary Oils
In addition to their raw nutritional properties, many specialty seed oils are also suitable for culinary purposes. These oils can either be used as an ingredient in food, used for cooking or used in the preparation of food. Care should be taken with polyunsaturated oils such as hemp seed oil and walnut oil as these are not suitable for hightemperature cooking- but delicious as a garnish.
